  1. Do I need to get another phone line for my ATM?
    - Yes, the ATM requires a dedicated voice-grade phone line.
  2. Will I need to pay for long distance calls each time the ATM is used?
    - No, it dials an 800 number.
  3. Can I plug the ATM into an outlet which has other equipment on the same circuit?
    - No, you need a dedicated outlet and circuit for the ATM.
  4. How secure is the ATM?
    - It is bolted into the floor and has an optional safe and alarm package.
  5. When do I receive the money that I have loaded back from you?
    - Our processor settles to the cash provider's account (you) within 24 to 48 hours, depending on time of the transaction.
  6. What type of signage do you have?
    - We have numerous signs available to help you maximize the usage on your ATM.
  7. How do I make money?
    - You will receive a portion of the interchange plus the majority of any surcharge revenue per transaction collected from your ATM.
  8. When do I receive my transaction revenue?
    - Around the 15th of the following month.
  9. How do I get started?
    - Call 1 (877) ATM-CASH (1-877-286-2274) and ask for the ATM Financial representative in your area. Your ATM could be up and running within 2 weeks.
  10. How can I pay for it?
    - There are both lease and purchase options.
  11. What about service?
    - Each ATM comes with a warranty period. You can purchase and extended maintenance agreement through one of our local distributors. Access Cash and our distributors also have (800) numbers for assistance over the phone.
